I was in a conversation with a person I work with, I had no idea they have been a member of CC for several years. I said that I was shocked that they had not mentioned it sooner as they know I live in Rockaway Twp. His responce was nothing short of shocking...he said - I know that is why I did not say anything, you are all against us. He further said they are looking forward to the day the school is completed as many will be seeking to attend college at the new campus. I nearly hit the floor... I said he must be mistaken that it was a K-5th grade school. He just smiled and said, it is a school alright, what difference does it make what grades it teaches.
This was one persons statement... I would love to hear from other members of CC. Is this really what is being planned??
I suspect that once Ireland is "in" he will be able to do pretty much whatever he wants to do with is 70 some odd classrooms. All he has to say is that teaching college is part of his religious dogma and RT has no right to interfere with such. Done deal. Just another one of my own opinions. What do you think?
I think that once CC is in it will be very difficult to oppose them in anything. The Agilent tax revenues will be gone and therefore unable to defray legal costs. Any CC litigation would have to be fought with taxpayer funds which makes it politically and financially more difficult.
