heads up my friends! It appears the US Justice Dept wants to investigate Rockaway Twp for violations of RLUIPA. With all the serious problems in the USA CC has gone crying to the Justice that RTWP is being mean to them by actually attempting to protect the land by adhearing to the Highlands Act and actually following the planning board process.
Has anyone noticed that in 20 meetings that CC has yet to provide one scratch of environmental testimony??

There is only one really important thing that I learned in College. And it is the only one thing that is really important in life and I learned it in my Frat.
It is how to play poker. And, I learned it while living in NEWARK NJ.
And yes, we played with the locals! And yes, I did well enough to mostly win enough to pay for my books, etc. I was a known "winner" in that game - - - one to challenge which was a good thing for me.
Ireland knows how to play Poker; you folks do not. He wins, you loose. That is all that there is to that.
And lastly, do not pay any serious attention to my advocation that RT needs a PR outfit which I have been saying from the beginning. As you all can see, RT has been doing just great in the court of public opinion on it own volition!
Bully Bully Bully. I almost believe that cc had nothing to do with getting the justice department involved. I still see no way that cc has been discriminated against. Jumping the gun again cc, why? Cause you don't want to get stuck with at 14 million dinosaur? To those who think RT is discriminating, I ask you to stand on GPR and look up and down and imagine over 5200 people making their way in and out of 140 overtaking the sensitive land that 140 sits on and overtaking the road that is the only road for many of the residents to get in and out of. Then honestly tell me that you would okay that in your own town. I doubt that you would. And would you think it's because you're discriminating against them or because you see that they just don't fit in that area? This isn't a matter for RLUIPA. This is a matter of common sense and common decency to the residents of a town and to the residents of a state that they have the right to live without peril to their environment or destruction of their infrastructure.
