I noticed a huge new home being constructed on green pond, on the right-hand side, heading north, just before the golf course. Could this be the new Ireland Compound?
That place has been in progress for ages. Back in (I think) 2002 we were looking for land and that lot caught our eye; it was under contract at that time and the site has progressed incredibly slowly ever since...not sure what the situation is with it.
