Just look at the following statement by Ted Doty:

Sued any family members lately?  Is that how you get your money?

I would conclude that Ted has information leading to the fact that Craig has sued his own family members in the past.  The only question is  has he done it lately?  Very simply parsing of the statement leads one to that conclusion. 

Did Craig really do that?  If so, I do not think much of this Craig character.  That would be a scummy, low life thing to do to a family member, no matter what the situation may have been.

And finally, why does Ted think that this is the venue to argue his case.  It looks to me like a Civil Lawsuit is pending.  Convincing us here on this board of the truth of this Maier situation is not going to accomplish anything for this case.  This is not a court of law.

My recommendation and Rhenquist & Bader agrees on this:

Hire a Lawyer who understands what is going on.
