Here are the facts.  Among other things Maier posted the following:

It is no small matter that my reply was not addressed to Craig.  Reason being, the “you” in my response referred to the “we” in Craig’s original post.  Clearly, I was speaking to the group of folk who are trying to raise money for the “help tED move fund”

And before you claim that I slandered everyone in the Group, note that no accusation was made.  I only asked questions

Craig also claims other slanderous comments were made.  I could explain why the comments were not slanderous but the point is moot.  We all remember the following:

Hi, Ted Doty! I hope that you WERE having a very nice day. … I expect the following to be done:

2. By this Tuesday, I expect a public apology …Your apology will appear on this venue as a new Thread.

I don't believe I slandered you but I am truly sorry for my comments. 
Actually I never said you were fired but I clearly understand why you feel I did so again, I'm sorry.
I don't have to call any numbers to verify your record.  I'm familiar with Artisan and Know their founder to be a good and honorable man and I am sure any firm with which he is involved would hire only the best.
