Although I am dead set against them building a Mosque anywhere near the 9/11 site, has anyone else noticed that with all the press and posturing taking place about the subject, there hasnt been a single mention of RLUIPA? I wonder why. Has anything changed about the law or is it just being kept in their back pockets as a final bargaining ploy? Guess the Muslim's are smarter then other groups and they dont start out swinging with RLUIPA lawsuits and racist accusations. C.
