1. The DEP finds good cause for the exemption that they provided to CC (a highly likely outcome).
2. Ireland closes on the Agilent Property shortly (I understand that this is his intention)
3. All of our other alternatives fall flat to keep the monstrosity out.
Given the above, all that would remain is to either live in a New Town which will essentially become New Ireland
or
We will have to exercise Eminent Domain.
The Problem is that the courts will view it as one thing if we take a property from a huge company like Agilent. It will not look very attractive to the courts if we take it from a Church. Think about that folks. It is quite likely that ED will be our only out and timing is important and the clock is ticking. I have noted here before that the property is not on the market as per my documented sources. :confused
