Thanks for banning Ted. He certainly wasn't adding anything to the discussion in terms of factual information or interesting discussion. I found that most of his postings and replies became repetitive after awhile. Kind of like watching the movie "Groundhog Day" with Bill Murray where he keeps waking up and reliving the same day.
I was wondering if anyone had any information on the DEP review process and when we might expect their determination re CC. Also, is the process subject to the sunshine laws or open meetings legislation or is it all done behind closed doors until they announce their decision? Thanks.
The DEP issue - is really out of the hands of the DEP at the moment and in the hands of the courts. We will have to wait for the court to act to know what happens next.
We are all well aware that the Gadfly is still reading this board and likely having a a fit that his views can not be heard. As I am sure you are all aware I am more then happy to address any questions, concerns or comments re: Voices of Rockaway Twp in a productive and possitive way. The questions posted here by "eagle" were simply the acts of an instigator not interested in truth but only interested in fighting. I nor any other representative of Voices have time to play games with the like of that poster.
