It is just a matter of time till the land lord finds a new buyer--CC is toast and they know it. Wendy the winer and PR the Weinstein are grabbing their last checks of hard earned monies by the blind flock who follow Ireland the false prophet---The enviornmentasl issues will go on for years as will the traffic picture. Denville, Mt Lakes and Boonton Twp are starting to wake up and the whole mess is coming to an end---Ireland is very stubborn and just wasting good money.
One problem stands before us; nobody has yet been able to refute my information that god has decided to purchase the property without pb approvals.

Re-iterating what I was told, ireland said -
"I am bringing my church to Rockaway Township, come Hell or High Water."
He backed up that statement by telling the broker that he is going to purchase the property without planning board approvals.
Why has this not gotten more attention on this board? Do you folks think that I am kidding?
As you know, I am a recent convert and am very happy that this has come to pass. I am looking forward to our future as "The Church Town" of the Northeast.
