Note that Agilent is listed on their Home Page. You may need to find an insider like I have to get the real scoop on the commitment to purchase, but you can try or you can take my word for it.
As for RTConcern, please go back to drinking Methyl Alcohol, as you have obviously been doing all of your life. It has cause severe Drain Brammage, but you will never notice.
Sorry Rat, but I dont see any mention of Agilent anywhere, nor does a search of their site return anything for Agilent. Of course that could mean, like you said, that the property is back OFF the market as of today. I just dont know why Agilent wouldnt have admitted that to the DR if that was the case and then be done with it. I have heard that there were at least two other interested parties in recent weeks, that made offers. CC may have matched those offers though. After all of this time I would assume that they would have right of first refusal, so to speak. It would be very troubling if Ireland made a premptive move and jumped on it. It would seem to me that that would be our next worst headache, as we would be dealing with him for a long time and damages would be directly his to claim. If Agilent had just found another buyer, that would have been great. Someone to provide more jobs and tax income.

Tom O'Connor, Director of Real Estate - Global Responsibility Agilent Technologies, Inc. Tom O'Connor talks about how The Staubach Company served Agilent's international real estate needs.
Seems that you missed it. The information that I provided is accurate.
OK. Thanks, I found the video, but he doesnt say anything about the property at 140 GP Rd. Just that that realtor has helped them meet goals. So Yes, it would appear that Staubach is their realtor of choice, but thats all it says.
