We will have seven identical Easter services at Willow Creek Community Church
Obviously something that will never happen in Rockaway with Christ Church. They'll NEVER have seven services in a weekend...but I guess they could if they wanted to...I mean if the were forced to because they can only hold 3000 tushes in their stadium seating (that is assuming that they don't overflow into other video-linked rooms...but that brings up an entirely different problem of parking hundreds or thousands of cars beyond parking lot capacity).
It's a shame though...The parishioners will have to suffer without their food court during those services (hey - at least they can grab a tax-free cappucino)
Harvest Food Court will be closed April 10–11. The cappuccino bar will be open during all services.
Hopefully, if Christ Church does get in, they'll have a cappuccino bar with a drive-in window. I'll need one every time I try to make the 30 minute drive down Green Pond Rd from Meridan to Route 80 (hopefully, my bladder will hold out!).
4 lanes in each direction no doubt. Either that, or maybe they'll use lights like they have coming out of the Lincoln Tunnel - with a big "X" when the lane is closed in your directions. That way, they can get by with 5 lanes total - 4 for the use of Christ Church and 1 for anyone going the other way.
