140 GPR is back on the Market

Finally, some great news!  I just received a phone call from our real estate broker.  She informed me that 140 GPR is officially back on the market!!  Lets all pray for a buyer asap. 


As a side bar - - - anyone want to take any bets the the DR does not cover this story?  We shall see.

I heard this weeks ago from our friends at Voices.  Nothing like keeping up on the important fact of the matter. LOL

There was a rumor to that effect.  Now you can take it as fact.  OK?   Besides, it only became public information yesterday, according to our real estate agent.  So, it is now official.

Pray tell me just exactly how it was more than a rumour a few weeks ago when the information was only officially released to the real estate agents yesterday?  Duh!
