Wow are you a liar. I have known Adam since he was 16 yrs old, no he has never been convicted of ANY crime. Feel free to run any type of check you wish...it is all clear.

I have never damaged any cars with keys or anything else. My family has no criminal history whatsoever.

The "Adam" business is old and has been rehashed many times. It's nothing that affects Christ Church being too big for 140 Green Pond Road.

However, you have libeled Adam by making false claims (I hope that's within YOUR religion to do so). Hopefully, we'll all see him follow up on this issue.

As you may know, I have been slandered and liabled on this board by TD. Do not take it. Lay down the law with these people. I would suggest (do whatever you think is appropriate) that if anyone slanders or liables you again on this venue, they will have to account for it because you will discover who they are through a legal process. And, I can assure you, it is possible to do that. Ask your lawyers. They will assure you of the same. I am no expert on the Internet, but I do know that all these communications are traceable. You may need a judges order to do the same, but so be it.

Don't take any crap and lay down the law for these people. Beg them to **** with you!

Tony did not break any laws. Let's not let this get out of hand. If Adam chooses to file a complaint, it will be a civil complaint, not criminal.

The best part would be we'd all get to find out who "Tony" is. That alone might make it worth Adam's effort to trace him down (legally, of course). You never know, it might even help VORT's cause - depending on who "Tony" turns out to be!

Civil Complaints are just fine. If the Plaintiff wins, they can be awarded as much as "all your money and all your property" as we used to say in Monopoly.
