Pros and cons of a school

I am fine with either a school,temple,church or company but what does the other people here think what is the pros and cons of a school.

Is it true can the town just take part of the land if they did not need all of it.

It is busy so have fun I hope this is good news to some and who knows maybe a school is best for that site it will be interesting to see it play out.

It would be great if this could end in a way that would make people happy.

I am for whatever is needed and legal.
