As you know from my previous posts on this topic, I doubt that these attempts at correspondance are going to accomplish anything with the nj.com.  The initiation of a legal action against the Star Ledger, however, with specified damages might get their attention.  After all, everyone in RT is getting hurt by their one sided position which is being paid for by CC (in my humble opinion).
