attended my first planning board meeting last eve. seemed to be over 500 there. WOW Mayor made a good point to put things in perspective. This thing called a church could start out at 25% and grow to over 50% of the current size of our township. Now I know what everyone meant about rev ireland being a fake and not a man of god. This project will ruin the entire area. I am afraid of my home investment on Old beach glen. I am concerned about taxes and traffic and crime. if the congregation is mostly Afro-American, and I am sure mostly nice people, how long will it take for the lower element to cruise the North end because they can not be racially profiled, they may be free to rob houses. I was very impressed with the second witness, the first one was a clown as was irelands attorney. they seem like they are on the ropes. I first thought that it would be great to have a more diverse area, and a normal size church would come in, I would even attend a few services and have fun like the scene in the Blues bros-black church. To bad greed is what is behind ireland. I will be at the rest of the meetings, and do all i can to save outr town, i hope ireland and his group find something in a better place
