Final judgement for the township in challange to rezoning ordinance affirmed. In short - the town changed the ordinance to protect the enviroment, the developer sued, the town won and the court said towns have rights to set ordinances to protect the land.
THE TOWN WON!
READ THIS ONE Mr. Whinestien and you may want to give a copy to the Becket Bullies as well.

The Christ Church Plan for the redevelopment of 140 Green Pond Rd is just too big for the area.
I think that it is important to focus on reality, not pie in the sky. Otherwise, we are destined to loose this thing. OK? I know that you would prefer that I went "yeah!!! - - - we will win". But, that statement was just my little "reality check" on the irrational exhuberance.
Precedent - that is the point. Under the law of the state of NJ all land owners must be treated equal.
The facts will play out in due time. Until then we will do our best to keep you all informed as to what is happening with all related matters to the application for the re-development of 140 Green Pond Rd.
The case noted above is great news and supports Rockaway Twps position and has been upheld by the Appellate Div. All I can say is CC look WEST - HERCULES awaits you all.
Keep the faith friends!
