Now that the idea of a township ordinance precluding the congregation of children on poluted property has been profered in a public domain such as this one, there exists a legal liability if the township does not act on it. You can see the proposal at the following link:
Imagine (G-d forbid) ten years from now a cancer cluster of people who had been children congregating weekly or more on a known poluted property in the township.
Now, imagine the legal culpability of two entities for not taking the proper steps to assure childrens safety. The responsibility would fall onto two legal entities:
1. The entity holding the congregation of children on such a property.
2. The Township in which the property is located for not paying heed to the recomendation that you have seen presented here on this board (this would come out in the discovery process in the event of a class action lawsuit in the future).
Bottom line - - - and Rockaway Township councilmen take note - - -
It is at great peril to children and at great risk to the taxpayers of this township if you do not pass the mentioned ordinance precluding the congregation of children on brownlands that have not been properly cleaned up. The relationship between toxic chemical exposure by children during the developing years is well documented in the scientific community.
Consider yourselves to have been forewarned of the outlined risks.

ps - copies of these last two postings relating to children congregating on brownlands have been archived on three hard drives here at our home for future legal reference, so do not try to expunge the record. I will follow up by sending copies of these two postings to the town council and the mayor.

You will find that the law might (MIGHT) consider your posting here as a "public domain" notice, in fact it must be printed in a newspaper (online or in actual print) for it to apply in an actual court of law.
I am planning to send copies of these two postings to the Mayor and the town councilmen via the USPS with a return recepit requested. It would be hard for them to deny the existance of these postings thereafter.
If anyone wants to post this in a newspaper too, feel free to do so.
I would also like to recommend that a grass roots action to promote this ordinance should be considered by the good folks of Rockaway Township.
On further thought, I will not only send these posts to the Mayor and Councilmen with return recepit, but will publish it in a newspaper too. As you know, I am not a lawyer and had not considered that aspect of things, and it does not hurt to cover all bases.
What newspaper would suffice? Is one newspaper enough?
