A New Township ordinance is needed. It should preclude the congregation of children for any reason whatsoever on brownfields (poluted properties) until they are cleaned up first.
Sounds reasonable to me. It would be similar to the state laws and would give the township enforcement ability if the state for some reason did not enforce their own rule.
