As per topic, I think that Dimin is in way over his head and is clueless.  Last night was the PB's golden opportunity to shut this thing down via recusals.  Let it go to court.  Lets pay the fine if they win.  But lets be done with this thing.  But Dimin, who does not live here, let the circus continue.  He is a very incompetitent lawyer, and all in RT will be paying for that.
