For anyone who didnt see it live, the video clip of the DEP Commissioner Brad Campbell on News12 is now available for viewing on the VORT website, http://www.voicesofrockawaytwp.org . Its on the News/Videos page. In the video they take a live caller from Rockaway asking Campbell about the CC exemption. He is obviously well aware of the situation and sounds pretty clear in his assessment of it. Now if they would just get off their butts and publish their findings before Monday night, it would be great.

The news12 guy kept reffering to the grandfather clause in the Highlands law - fortunetly for Rockaway, that only applies to land owned before the signing date. As far as I know, cc owns nothing here in RT. By the tone Mr. Campbell had, I would be looking at new sites Monday morning!
