I swear on a Torah Scroll that I HAVE NEVER posted anything at all on nj.com, or nj.con or anything similar.  The ONLY place that I have ever posted anything has been here on this site regarding this cc issue.

Why?

Because - unlike most of you fools in town, I realized that the only internet venue bbs that was not controlled by cc is this one. 

And it is only sad for you, and not us, if you do not realize that to be true.

This town and a certain religion has been hijacked by a god who will gladly take you all for all that you are worth.  And most of you are much to stupid to see it happening.  You could call your own real estate broker and learn what we know.  But no, - - - you would never do that.  You wanna believe what you wanna believe.

So, you shall have your little tin god running this place.  You do not know how to do the right thing.  Seems like everyone else in the state and maybe in the entire country has figured that out.  You, the citizens of RT will be the last to come to grips with its reality.

But, go one and think that someone who pretends to be me on nj.com is me. 

I get the last laugh on it all because it is not me.  (Have you ever heard of cc pr firms??? - - - nah, a god would never emulate another citizen of RT, would they?)  What a fool you are Jay.  I sure hope that you are not Jewish, else you are quite an embarassment to me.

You forgot one thing Jay. Pound for pound, our property taxes are the highest in the county. Buyers take that into account when determining thier monthly payment, so selling price suffers.

Three quarters of our taxes go towards our substandard school system. The administration and school board really need to step up to the plate. They are the ones who are failing, not our children and not our teachers. It's business 101. If you are familiar with the works of Deming, don't blame the workers because of your poor results, blame managment. 

PS: The field thing will be addressed when Agilent dontates the property to RT in a year or two.

PSS: I am also proud to announce that the new field across from KDM was in full swing this week-end. The Lacrosse teams are looking better every year!

There's a house in Lk Telemark, one bedroom, going for $289,000. Doesn't seem like values have gone down around here. Maybe it's your house. Just exactly what makes you think that you or anyone else on this planet will be privvy to the outcome of a lawsuit between myself and someone else.  The Chuptzah of that notion is totally astounding. 

To the omniscent one just to make it crystal clear:

You shall never know that outcome of such a civil lawsuit.  The terms of agreement of such lawsuits almost always include Non Disclosure Clauses.  Duh!

Since you are omniscent, why did you not know that? 

Although I hate to poke a stick at the little monkey in the cage - Yeh Craig thats you - I must deal in reality.  Craig ALL law suits are filed and given a docket number.  That is how a suit is filed - there is no alternative process.  Further all suits filed are a matter of public record.  A trip to the Morris County court house will prove that you are full of $@$*

But even a ninny knows that a realtor doesn't use a crystal ball or their own company's database for preparing a market analysis...
They use recently sold comparable homes (otherwise know as "comps") to glean a price ...so "weichert's database being corrupt" is a silly statement. Are you going to say you knew this all along now?

As for your McMansion, it really doesnt; matter to anyone what your loss is...not even you, because you are the richest man in the world, cuz you get to wake up next to yourself.

And if you had actually done well vs Dooty, we all would have heard it, because a man with your ego would never sign a non-disclose statement...you would rather shout it from the roof tops than get the extra few $$.

And chutzpah??? Your the one who raged on and on about how your going to own the guys house...I haven't seen him move yet.

And for a man who has lied and been caught before (or if your looking to bring a lawsuit against me next "alegedly been caught before), I think it's a rediculous statement about "swearing on a stack of Torahs.

Craig you lost your credibillity long ago, so maybe this time when you do finally leave like you stated you would, you should just live up to your word.

Your behaviour has cost the town dearly in the PR world, and now you are annoying people the same way the dootster has.

However, I find you an obnoxious know-it-all - along with many others on this forum, who, from their posts, seem to share my opinion.  In my opinion, you have done much to harm the reputation of our town.  You have stated on this forum NUMEROUS times that you are leaving town.  It is PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE and it has been posted by you MANY TIMES.  I have merely stated my desire to see you leave town - along with many others who have stated the same.  I also do not take kindly to being threatened - so please restrain yourself - I have not stalked you - I have merely commented on your PUBLIC POSTINGS...I really don't care about you at all..but if YOU post in a public forum - you should expect responses from the public....If you don't want to talk to me, don't respond to my posts...

The same goes for you, RTConcern as for Jay.  Reporting the status of our property on a public bbs is, as far as we are concerned, is stalking.  You get one warning to cease.  If it happens again, I will call the authorities and ask for a restraining order.
