I will have to disagree here Craig, while it is going to get worse before it gets better for our town, the rEV is only going to be allowed way less than his current mega-dream calls for. I am fairly certain his crew knows damn well the case would fall apart in a court of law (way to many inconsistencies so far on record). Now - if he is willing to comply with ALL the stipulations our planning board is going to attach to any revised compliant plans, he will be trying to stuff 10 lbs in a 2 lb sack - it will not work.
I do not believe the "foot in the door" to build more later idea - if that was going to work he would have completed the sale already. I wish you and yours good luck in whatever your future has in store - I will respecfuly agree to disagree with your predictions....
Fair enough. None of us have crystal balls, (no pun intended) thus only time will tell. I do sense that he will do anything that he has to do to get in, however. And I mean anything - - - even if he had to reduce the church down to 75,000 square feet having a sancturay that only holds 1,000. He is not a moral man in my opinion having seen how he conducts himself in public, on the tv (he used to have a Sunday circus on cable) and via his pr firm. One thing that I will give the guy though, and that is the fact that he is no dumba$$; he knows what wants and knows how to get it.
