I found Mr. Steck's analysis of the RT Master Plan interesting. While his comments about no clear definition of what a church is appear to be accurate, maybe it is because the master plan was last updated (1995 I think) before mega-churches as they are know even existed. If that is the case, maybe the point Mr. Steck attempted to make is moot? Seems VORT's lawyer is going down the same path. I'd also would be curious to know what the Paramus Master Plan (last rev 1997) has to say about the definition; especially since Mr. Steck prepared it!! (from Bergen County website noted below.)
