Regretful

Ted's after meeting experience is regretful, if accurately reported. (Before you jump all over that statement Ted, remember that we know of many other inaccuracies in your posts in the past.) Although I wouldnt bother to give him the time of day myself because of the many hateful he has said to me, I would never presume to act as he described others did. As for the meeting, I agree that there was definitely a serious lack of decorum being exercised. Dicker should have laid down ground rules in the beginning and stuck to them. First and foremost, applause is uncalled for. I also think there should have been a preset limit on the number of questions that an individual could ask. There were some seriously dead horses beaten to a pulp last night. Thirdly, if admonished by the chair for whatever reason and the behavior continues you should forfeit your right to continue, period. I understand that emotions run high, but some rule must prevail. I was ready to leave at the break, but was glad I stayed and took in the rest of the "experts" testimony. The VORT lawyer is fantastic! He is worth every penny he is being paid, and then some. It is pretty obvious that they have no case to support being within what the framers of the ordinance meant when the ordinance was written, when in 95 there was no such thing as a Megachurch. I honestly believe that this will get kicked over to the Board of Adjustment before long. Lets hope.

Sorry guys. Obviously I meant to say "Regretable". Should stick to doing only one thing at a time when early onset senility sets in. Just wanted to make the correction so all them city folk dont think I'm one of them there rednecks.
