1. Say and agree in writing if necessary to do whatever the township requires me to do by ordinance. Sware on a bible - - -the whole works.
2. Build my church, however small it may be by statute.
3. Let it grow however it may grow.
4. When it grows beyond my agreement, my ministry will just so happen to grow it some more.
5. Next, I will wait for the town to issue a non-compliance notice (this never will really happen because it would be SOOOOO politically incorrect to do that sort of thing no matter what the previous agreements that I may have made. After all, Jesus did it, not I!!!)
6. Then, perhaps (if they are stupid) the town sues me for my "Church Growing Too Much" (beyond my worldly projections - - - - shame on myself, Dr. Reverend Sir Ireland, for not projecting the effect of the word of Jesus Christ on my blessed ministry).
7. THEN and only then, I would turn around and sue the township under RLUIPA. Ya see, now time is on my side and not the townships. I can dawdle around and take 10 years in Federal court to get a decision to be made under RLUIPA consistent with the concept that RT is discriminating against me because of me and my so called "religion."
8. By then, my Church will be 25,000 strong and the majority influence in RT politics
8. Guess who wins after all this?? (BTW - we are now looking at a 10 year timeframe folks)
