The silence is deafening!  It is beginning to look more like this guy is not going to sue.  Lets face it, had he intended to do that, he would have had the complaint all written up months ago.  All that he would have had to do was to pull the trigger.  We would have heard something by now.

I am really afraid of the alternative.  That is to say that he will say "fine - I will comply with your new laws!"  If so, we have a long and tough row to hoe.
