Looks like they had another event (service?) yesterday. Didnt see anything on CC's web page - actually the site wasnt working properly. I guess they had to cut the IT guy to save money. One thing I did see that was interesting is they are looking for volunteers to help with the construction. I bet the contractor will love that...
Like you said Rat. Another thing that comes to mind. Being a bldg that will accomodate the public (not a private residence) wouldnt all the work that is done have to be under a licensed contractor, electrician, plumber, etc? It would seem odd that any licensed professional would assume the liability of allowing "volunteers" to do any of the work that he would then be on the hook for, other than perhaps very minor stuff. I dont know, just seems odd to me.
