Does anyone know if Hibernia and Beaverbrook got the C1 Classification or not? I saw a blurb in today's SL that they enacted changes and that many of the planned restrictions were pulled back. Just curious if ours got the C1 and if there has been any reaction from the town or CC regarding what that may mean to the project. If they require a 300' buffer on both sides of the streams, it would seem to indicate that they couldnt do anything including the turning lane, but thats just my opinion. Anyone hear anything? C.
