I had a nice talk with Rob Jennings today. He called asking about tEDs mailing. He asked some really good questions like did I think that CC paid for it? did I think it odd that NOTHING from the CC mailing was in tEDs letter? He asked some other questions as well. I told him that to date nobody has seen the proposed ordaniance and therefor how can anyone come to any conclusions as to whether it is good or bad for the township. I stated that our elected officials have a duty to control growth, protect the town, watch our budget and I would hope that they do so.
I then recieved a call from Al from the Star Ledger, he was covering for Paula Saha. Poor guy was hitting this blind and had no idea who Ted was or what he was talking about. I explained that tED the one in our town who MUST disagree with the masses and told him of the title of GADFLY given to him by the daily record. He had a funny response 'oh one of them'. I explained our position - environment, taxes, traffic, infrastucture... and I am sure you will see an article soon in the ledger as well as the record.
Lets see what the papers say... it may be 2 days until we see it although it may be tomorrow.

I found it interesting that now Ted is a representative for Residents for Truth in Rockaway, whose address is 3 Hibernia Road (where IS that?!), and when he sends mail, it goes by bulk rate from Newark!
