How can CC not realize at this point that all the negative impact this proposal would cause is not in line with being a good neighbor??? It sure makes one wonder what the heck this is really all about. Can it be ireland's ego is just so inflated he cannot come to terms with the idea he has been scamed all the way through by people collecting large paychecks??? Of cousre the laywers want this to drag on before being denied - newsflash, they charge by the hour!!! Oh yeah - architecs love to revise plans and revise again - more $$$$$!!! It seams to me the real losers are the current members of CC....what a waste of resources by not doing the homework on this piece of land before major capital was throw at it - it would have been cheaper in the long run for CC.
Do not underestimate Ireland. He is a very intelligent and cunning man. He has a plan of some sort in which he sees himself as a winner. It just may be that the plan is not what it may seem to be on the surface.

I will give you that he is cunning, I will also say he has some kind of a plan that we do not know at this time. I think his ego is what is going to take him down. Any man who places himself on a stage that high has a long way to fall and boy is he placing himself in a position to fall hard! The fear of that fall will make him very desperate and the actions of the past week show that desperation. The more desperate he gets the more money Weinstein the wonder whimp makes so he must be loving this!
