I was wondering if the Freeholders also approved the turning lane and whether anyone has a problem that this lane is within spitting distance of a C-1 stream. Does anyone have any information concerning that?
I can tell you that there were surveyors out there yesterday mapping the land between Green Pond Road and the stream. It would appear that nobody give a $hit about the stream and its environmental health - - - obviously, the DEP does not care, so why should the Freeholders or anybody else care?
But here is a question that I have:
What business does RT have in donating property to Christ Corporation so that they can build a turning lane? I find that to be very offensive. Nobody is giving the Jewish Shul that I am a member of free property. As a Jew, I am being forced to financially support a toy church that I do not believe in. I think that is a violation of my Constitutional rights.
But - if we are going to ignore the US Constitution, then ~
I think that if RT is going to donate land to CC for its betterment, I want some land donated to my Shul too. I also think that the other real churches in town also should get some free land from RT. Is anybody with me on that, or am I a lone voice on this matter of land donation to a church by a municipality?
You might be surprised to know that BOTH Temples in Rockaway Township had land that was partially donated by the Township. Do a search and you'll notice it in the chain of ownership to both properties.
Quite frankly, I think that you are full of $hit. Please state for all of us the former block and lot numbers that were donated by RT to the Temples. Please shows us the links that will enlighten us on this matter.

As for the original Temple in Rockaway Township, you'll be extremely surprised what the title chain shows, very surprised indeed. As for the secondary shule, better check the back portion of the property along with the original corner parcel it's entrance is now allocated. Feel free to stop by the hall of records in Morristown where the original deeds and past titles are located. When you are done, I'll expect a very public apology from you. Time for you to stop playing the armchair quarterback and get off your fat assets and do some of your own homework for a change.

Besides all that, where the hell would you obtain financial information pertaing to a Privately held corportation like Diamond Cut? You have quite a problem on your hands. If you do not believe me, then I would suggest that you print out this thread and present it to your attorney and get some expert advice on how to minimize your liability.
