I propose that a new Federal Law is needed to control the practice of some religions within our borders. The law should preclude the practice of any religion in which its canon of religious law includes the legalized killing of people or targeted groups of people for the furtherance of its own cause in present or future times. I do not believe that the concept of the expressed destruction of groups of people by a religious body of law would be found to be protected speech by the Supreme Court.
Ultimately, it will become obvious to most people that this is a necessary piece of Federal legislation.
What would your Rabbi say if he only knew what you were thinking. The Talmud frowns upon people like you. History also shows what intolerance for others religious beliefs does to a society as a whole. Or did you not also lose half of your family tree at places like Auchowitz like I did?
So by your reckoning, we should be tolerant to those who are required by their religious law to kill us? Perhaps we should do them a favor and simply commit mass suicide to make their lives easier for them.
My, my, my - - - you are the most ignorant a$$hole that I have ever met on this planet. Please offer yourself up as soon as possible after which I shall nominate you for a Darwin award. It is embarassing to think that you consider youself to be Jewish. Forgive him, world, for he is just intellectually challenged.
My prayer of thanksgiving:
Thank you G-d for not bringing me into this world through a parent at stupid as Mr. Bill.
By your own admission, and your childish attack in response, I must have come pretty close to just how you and your rabbi feel about the rest of the world. Again, why are the two of you so narrow minded as to think the world and the religion of Judism revolves around you?
My understanding of Talmud is that when someone or a group threatens to kill you or your family, it is your responsibility to kill them first. And, that action is not an option - - - it is a requirement. You, as head of household, are responsible for maintaining the sanctity of life within your dweling.
Moral: Never threaten someones life; the consequences could be dire for yourself or your group.

I do not communicate with people who have the IQ of a pea. Thus, I will not discuss anything with you at any time in the future. Go have a conversation with a wall somewhere.
So Rat it seems I hit a raw nerve, I'll give you the bottom line in our case:
The Talmud states to "love thy neighbor", nowhere does it say you have a choice just who that neighbor is or what color his skin is, or what religion he believes in. I guess you feel that you are above the laws of the Talmud, yet you wrap yourself around a religious upbringing and tout yourself as a religious man. As such, then you need to listen to what is written and live it every day. You are right, nothing more needs to be said, as any response from you would be full of holes, smoke, and hot air.
All books claiming to be the word of G-D call for the killing of others, every one of them regardless of religion. Give that some thought and then ask yourself is that what you really think G-D had in mind? Lisa

The Christ Church Plan for the redevelopment of 140 Green Pond Rd is just too big for the area.
Where is Christianity's New Testament to the Bible do you find man being called to kill in the name of that religion? And where in present day Judaism do you see that? Please provide me the biblical references, Lisa.
I can only think of one present day religion that espouses that concept in scripture, and it needs to be made illegal to practice that religion in this country. It is not only a matter of being civilized, it is a matter of our own self preservation.
