Does anyone know if and when we are going to review our archaic zoning laws? Does anyone know a good town planner who might be able to proactively help us with this project? Obviously, as everyone knows, the one that we have is incompetent.
Its my understanding that they are being revised right now, including the one that CC is using to try to locate on GP Rd. Hopefully they will do a better job of them this time around. It is also my understanding that since there has been no approvals of any kind yet for their plan, they will be forced to adhere to whatever the revised laws require. This is something that Dimin has alluded to at the previous meeting. Dont know what the timetable is for the release of the revisions though, but I wish they would hurry.
One would only hope things are happening behind the scenes to thwart this ruination of Green Pond Road, and the public meetings are just a formality. They sure are dragging their feet though.
