The Christ Church Plan for the redevelopment of 140 Green Pond Rd is just too big for the area.
I guess he figures that churches should not have to do that stuff. Maybe he should sue the DEP now using RLUIPA.
What an A$$hole. You purchase a toxic dump; what do you expect to have to do in terms of reporting and accountability - - - nothing? It is not as if he did not know that the place was under scrutiny when he purchased it.
Hey, my good buddy - - - dig deep into your business profits and have someone write those reports, NOW!
This is only one area within the DEP where it appears that they have not followed the rules. This has nothing to do with the data submitted to for the Highlands exemption that was different from the information submitted to the town, this has nothing to do with the applications for the work they seek to have done on the property. But if people keep writing to various departments of the DEP and make sure that each department knows what is happening in the others it will be much harder for issues to slip through the cracks! Keep those letters going, the DEP is getting them and they are listening.
Have a great day. Lisa
