There are two posts on the Vort blog site talking about legal issues and megachurches. Although the inference in the titles would lead someone to believe they refer to the Christ Church of Montclair; they clearly have nothing at all to do with it. This broadbrush painting is just further evidence of a hate campaign against the church.
If you love the truth as do I, then you too would advocate that Mr. ireland opens his books for all to see in the interest of open dislosure. If he is doing nothing wrong financially, why not share that fact with the world to killl the suspicion of folks like myself. If he did that, he would also make fools out of folks like myself who have been highly suspicious of his earthly empire.
The fact that he has not disclosed his finances leads me to hate him and his toy church. Maybe others feel the same way too. Completely understandable. Nobody likes being used for the benefit of a false prophet.
Where are you on this, Mr. Truth? Do you think that it is acceptable that he has not submitted to financial scrutiny? Legitimate Churches do provide full public disclosure of finance, sir.
Did you read what I had written? I didn't say a word about Reverend Ireland. I said that this site's version of yellow journalism tried to make it appear that two entries were about Christ Church of Montclair when that couldn't have been further from the truth. This smacks of McCarthyism.

Honestly, with all of the bull being thrown around, you would think the Reverend Ireland would want to to take the high road and open his books to his congregation at the very least. From what I have been told by several members of Christ Church I am friendly with, they have been shunned and ignored whenever they have asked to see where all the money that is being collected is going. One of those members holds a position on his board, and even they have not had an accounting as of January of this year.
Surely, this is no surprise to anyone. When you are robbing a bank, you do not take your mask off and smile for the cameras. I pity the fools who work for him; the entire congregation are a bunch of loosers.
To "Lies in RT", Please state where I posted that the megachurch articles have anything to do directly with Chirst Church? Oh wait you can not because it did not happen. FYI people here have become very interested in the entire megachurch movement, we are living it and we are also watching to see what is happening in other parts of the country so that we can learn. It is fact that Ireland has refused to let the public or his membership see the books, which is not good accounting practices for those seeking to give him money in the opinion of most reasonable people. We will continue to post articles about megachurches and there actions when ever we want and if you really want your head to spin you should do a google alert yourself so you know what is happening. FYI there are problems all over the world with Mega churches in fact a group in South American just got tossed in jail for money laundering and they run the largest megachurch in Brazil... too bad they had to hide 10K in cash in the BIBLE and more money in their kids backpack when entering the USA! Yeh that is what God had in mind...NOT!
