Good question. I'm not sure. There were a total of about 8 RTPD officers on the premises. I asked a Capt. there why the heavy presense and he told me it was more for the PTA meeting that was taking place at the same time then for our meeting. They certainly didnt need it for the measly 175 people at the planning board meeting. (Unless maybe the Rev. needed to go to the bathroom more than once).
